We are so touched by outreach and sentiments of Patrick’s passing from our friends in Wisconsin and his days at the Miller Brewing Co. Please join us in having a beer, food and some fun for this casual outing in honor or the “Hop King”.

Patrick L. Ting (丁瀘平)
A cherished father, grandfather, husband, brother, mentor, and world-renowned hop chemist, passed away peacefully at his home in Irvine, CA, on April 2, 2024. Patrick suffered from Interstitial Lung Disease.
Patrick's life was characterized by an unwavering dedication to his family, a strong work ethic, and a profound passion for the craft of brewing beer and hops.
帕特里克是一位令人尊敬的父亲、祖父、丈夫、兄弟、导师和世界著名的酒花化学家，于 2024 年 4 月 2 日在加利福尼亚州尔湾的家中安详辞世。丁瀘平患有间质性肺病。丁瀘平一生的特点是对家庭坚定不移的奉献精神、强烈的职业道德以及对啤酒酿造工艺和啤酒花的深厚热情。Memories & Condolences.
